Chocolate, Banana and Almond Butter Smoothie

Now, you don't have to feel so guilty about being a chocoholic.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon homemade fat free chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 large handful ice

Directions

  1. Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy
  3. For best results, don’t add the ingredients all at once or you may have a hard time blending them properly
