Mixed Berry & Banana Smoothie

A combination of fruit that will be a great way to start your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy
  3. For best results, don’t add the ingredients all at once or you may have a hard time blending them properly
